Pedagogy.. The capacity to effectively engage people and place is bound by appropriate pedagogy. Facilitators of learning need to be guided by evidence based models of practice. Soft skills need to be priorities and explicitly taught with a consistency of approach and value. Pedagogy also needs to be agile, inclusive and engaging to all  (Learners and facilitators).
